For those of you that are pregnant, we’ve put together two FREE Birth Plan Templates for you to create a birthing plan. There will be some things that apply to you and your baby and others that do not. Amend, add and edit as you see fit and share it with the people who will be present at the birth.
If you've signed up to the Birthing Hub have a good read of all the PDF’s found in there and over in our private Facebook group. there's a lot to read up on to prepare yourself and your birth partner. Everything, from the various kinds of pain relief to how to tell when you have really started to birth.
These are very unsettling times so it's really important you access the care and extra support you and your family need right now. So, ask the questions you need to ask from all the various health care professionals and sit and work out what feels best for you and your baby.
