This self-led route is designed for practitioners, yoga teachers, and coaches who are already qualified and operating - it's an extra toolkit to add to your existing business, not a starting point for beginners. There's no accreditation and no assignments to complete. You won't have 1-to-1 support or scheduled bi-weekly sessions - instead, you'll have full access to the training content in your own time, plus a place in our online community, where you can connect with other teachers and trainees for extra support along the way. (If, at a later date, you'd like to be formally assessed and accredited, this option is available for an additional fee).

The Mindset Matters Self-Led Training is a fully self-paced, online programme designed for coaches, educators, teachers, and wellbeing professionals who want a high-quality, ready-made mindfulness and mindset resource they can confidently use with children and families.
This option provides you with a non-transferable licence to use the Mindset Matters materials to deliver life coaching, mindfulness, and meditation sessions directly to children aged 6–16 and supportive workshops for parents.
This licence is strictly for direct delivery only and does not permit teacher training, certification, or training others to deliver the programme, now or in the future.
