You are supported to deliver the Kids Yoga programme:
You may deliver under your own name and brand, or choose to use the WiggleBums name if that feels more aligned and supportive.
This programme supports direct delivery to children and parents only and does not permit training, certifying, or licensing others.
Meet Your Lead Tutors
Patricia Maddalena
Patricia has been an NLP Master and Trainer since 2004 and has trained in neuroscience, metaphysics and human psychology. She has written and developed this course with her sister Clare, combining their expertise and knowledge to bring you a thorough and comprehensive training.
Mum of three, she applies the tools she teaches in her own family, witnessing the profound effect it has on the emotional, mental and physical health and well-being of her children.
Her book on Happiness hit the top spot on the Amazon Best Sellers list both here in the UK and the US making her a #1 Best Seller.
Clare Maddalena
Clare began as a yoga teacher back in 2003. LushTums was then created by her in Brighton in 2007, after the birth of her son. Realising the incredible benefits her own yoga practice had on her pregnancy, birth and mothering journey, she decided to share this with others and LushTums was born.
Clare is also a registered Antenatal Educator and Birth Doula with FEDANT and has personally taught and worked with well over 10,000 women.
WiggleBums is a natural progression for the families that have enjoyed the LushTums classes, both pregnancy and postnatal and new families wanting to connect with others that are like hearted and minded.

This is an online training with live 1:1 support from our lead tutors. You'll get login details for the online Training Hub, where you can access all the training modules. You'll also meet one of our tutors bi-weekly, online, at a time that suits you. Twilight sessions are available for teachers.
Yes, although you may want to already have an established personal yoga practice. There is everything you may need to support you becoming a kids yoga teacher and be able to deliver this course even if you currently do not have a yoga practice.
Yes we can. We offer a 6 month Business Set Up Mentoring & Guidance program with access to a fully loaded Business Hub with our founder and Lead Tutor Trish Maddalena to help you on your way as you launch your business.
As this course is a digital product we cannot offer you a refund or swaps to other trainings and courses. Please ask as many questions as you like to make sure that this course is for you.
You can qualify within 12 months, and you keep lifetime access to all the training materials. Whilst most complete in 3 months we understand life so we give you 12 months from the date of purchase to complete this course.
You can teach yoga, mindfulness and sensory play classes for children between the ages of 2 to 12 years in nurseries, primary schools and independent classes.
You cannot publish the materials publicly (online or offline) or resell the package as it is. For example, creating your own classes from these templates and offering it under your own brand is allowed. Taking the whole of this course and packaging it as is and reselling as a kids yoga training, is not allowed.
